• Delivery across Egypt typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used personal care items unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
